Meet the Founder

Dr. Simone Norman PT, DPT is the founder of FORMED Collective, a training experience built on intention, structure, and transformation.

She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), which provides her with a deep understanding of movement, strength, and how the body adapts to training. While FORMED Collective is not physical therapy, her background allows her to bring a higher level of precision, awareness, and purpose into every session.

Simone’s approach to fitness goes beyond physical results. She believes that true strength is developed through discipline, consistency, and a renewed mindset. Her training style focuses on helping individuals move well, build strength correctly, and push beyond perceived limits in a way that is both effective and sustainable.

Our beginner-friendly sessions focus on building a strong foundation for those new to strength training. This is for those who want to be sculpted and get stronger, but aren’t ready for more advanced movements and heavier weights.

These sessions emphasize:

• Proper lifting mechanics

• Foundational strength movements

• Building confidence in the gym

FORMED Elite

This class is designed for individuals who have already built a solid training foundation and are ready to elevate their performance. FORMED Strength challenges participants to train with greater intensity, focus, and discipline while continuing to refine their technique and expand their physical capacity. Workouts are intentionally structured to help members push beyond their comfort zones, develop resilience, and unlock new levels of strength and confidence. This environment is built for those committed to growth and ready to take their training to the next level!

  • Not at all. FORMED Collective is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to strength training or more experienced, there is a beginner level class or an advanced level class based on your background.

  • No. FORMED Collective is not physical therapy.

    However, sessions are led by Simone Norman, who holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Her background allows for a deeper understanding of movement, form, and progression to help you train safely and effectively.

  • Each session is about 55 minutes and includes structured strength training using a combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. Beginning with stretching/mobility, then progressing into the full-body exercises, followed by a core finisher, and ending with a cool-down/stretch.

  • FORMED Collective focuses on intentional training, not just exercise. Every movement has purpose. With a foundation rooted in both science and faith, this is more than a workout—it’s a space for discipline, growth, community and transformation.

  • Sessions are intentionally kept small (typically around 6–8 people) to ensure personalized attention, proper coaching, and a strong sense of community.
